FTG Opera is a not-for-profit company founded to uplift and celebrate female voices in opera.

We provide emerging female and female-identifying singers with full-role performance opportunities, empowering them to grow, shine, and take the next step in their careers.

There are a lot of sopranos out there (mezzo’s too!), which means extra competition for professional opportunities. As a result, highly trained and capable singers often miss out on valuable performance experience. That’s where we come in: creating female-focused opportunities that create spaces for their voices to be heard so their careers can flourish.
